Julia’s Birthday

Today was Julia’s 38th Birthday, her Mum and Dad came round.  I cooked dinner for her birthday and made fresh pasta and carbonara sauce, I also made garlic bread.  The pasta was very filling due to the fact it wasn’t rolled out flat enough so when put on the boil it expanded a bit and completely filled the sauce pan.

Everyone seemed to enjoy it all, shortly after Faith-Lee was picked up from school had a bite to eat then Julia opened her birthday presents from everyone.  Julia got a load of nice presents including pyjamas, Leona Lewis album.

Faith-Lee then brought out the birthday cake with candles and all sang “Happy Birthday”. 

We all had a bit of cake each with a lovely cup of tea!  :)
